Do I have to pay the shipping costs several times?

Orders are picked up within 21.00 o'clock If you have sent the orders the same day, you pay the shipping costs only once. However, if orders are placed one or more days later, shipping costs will be charged for each delivery. Also look for shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

INVOICE

Invoices are issued exclusively in electronic form. (Only for dealers or companies who own a UID number) . Private customers receive from us only a cash register

COMPLAINTS

Claims for damaged, defective or missing items will not be accepted in any way unless they are reported at 24.00 on the day of receipt / collection.
Packages with obvious signs of damage / tampering must be picked up with "RESERVE OF CONTROL" and immediately reported to our company.

WARRANTY

The warranty period is

12 months for commercial / professional use From the 13th month, the repair work and trips are chargeable.

24 months for private use only
