Any different or derogatory conditions will be effective only if expressly approved in writing by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar.

1.4 Krollit di Sandra Gaspar sells the products on the website to both private and professional customers, including:

2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

2.1 The contract concluded between Krollit di Sandra Gaspar and the Customer is considered finalized at the moment the order is accepted, even if only partially, by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar.

Order acceptance may also be tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer via email, telephone, or other contact method.

2.2 By placing an order through one of the methods available on the website www.krollit.it, the Customer declares:

• to have reviewed all the information provided during the purchase procedure;

• to fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale;

• to accept the payment, shipping, and supply conditions applicable to the order.

2.3 If the Customer qualifies as a private consumer, meaning a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, once the online purchase procedure is completed, they are required to retain a copy of these contractual conditions, by printing or electronic saving, pursuant to articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

2.4 Except in cases provided for by applicable mandatory regulations, any right of the Customer to request:

For private customers, the prices displayed include VAT at the rate applicable in Italian territory.

For customers registered as a company or professional, the system may separately highlight:

For supplies to countries outside the European Union, prices may be formulated without VAT charges, in compliance with current tax regulations.

Any additional costs related to:

• import charges

• local taxes

remain the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated in writing.

The following payment methods are available for purchases made on the website www.krollit.it.

4.1 Installment financing (HeyLight) – reserved for private individuals in Italy

By choosing this payment method, the Customer will be redirected to a dedicated HeyLight page, where they can independently enter their data to complete the financing request.

The outcome of the request is generally provided within a few minutes, through an entirely digital procedure.

HeyLight offers flexible solutions from 3 to 24 installments, with the possibility of accessing formulas:

• Zero Interest Rate

• Standard Interest Rate

based on applicable conditions and evaluation outcome.

Key features:

• simple and fast procedure;

• high acceptance rate;

• autonomy in completing the request;

• privacy protection throughout the process.

The approval of the financing remains exclusively subject to the evaluation carried out by the financial institution.

4.2 Advance bank transfer

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed and fulfilled only after the actual crediting of the amount to the bank account indicated during the purchase process.

Bank details are shown at the time of order confirmation if bank transfer is selected as the payment method.

In the bank transfer description, the Customer must indicate:

• order number;

• name and surname of the order holder.

The absence of these references may cause delays in order management.

4.3 Credit cards and prepaid cards

Payments are accepted via major cards belonging to international circuits, including:

• V-Pay

• MasterCard

• Maestro

Prepaid cards enabled for online payments are also accepted, including cards like Postepay.

4.4 Klarna installment payment – 3 installments

By choosing payment via Klarna, the Customer will be redirected to the request procedure provided by the provider.

The decision is generally provided immediately.

Approval is not automatic and is subject to checks carried out by the provider according to internal criteria.

The "Pay in 3 installments" formula is usually available for amounts between:

• €100

• €4,000

Access to the service depends on the provider's availability at the time of purchase.

4.5 Reservation on order fulfillment

Krollit di Sandra Gaspar reserves the right to proceed with order fulfillment only after:

• payment verification;

• confirmation of authorization from the financial provider;

• administrative order check.

In case of failed authorization or incomplete payment, the order will not be processed.

5.1 Sales made through the website www.krollit.it are comparable to mail-order sales and, pursuant to art. 22 of DPR 633/1972, are not subject to the obligation of issuing an invoice unless requested by the Customer at the time of purchase.

Similarly, pursuant to article 2, letter oo) of DPR 696/1996, there is no obligation to issue a fiscal receipt.

For purchases made by private Customers without an invoice request, the order is accompanied by the commercial documentation required by current legislation.

5.2 For all transactions made by Customers holding a VAT number, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar issues a regular electronic invoice through the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI).

The electronic invoice is transmitted according to the tax data entered by the Customer during the order process.

To allow for the correct issuance of the invoice, it is necessary to correctly fill in:

• VAT number

• Tax ID (Codice Fiscale)

• SDI code or PEC address

The invoice request must be made simultaneously with the order.

It will not be possible to subsequently modify the tax data already transmitted or request invoice issuance after the administrative closure of the order, except within the limits permitted by current tax legislation.

5.3 For Customers registered as private individuals, a commercial receipt or equivalent document will be issued according to applicable regulations.

The fiscal documentation is produced based on the data entered by the Customer, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5.4 In case of errors in the tax data communicated by the Customer, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar cannot be held responsible for any delays, impossibility of issuance, or consequent tax irregularities.

6.1 Shipping and Delivery Areas

Krollit di Sandra Gaspar accepts orders with shipping to Italy, Europe, and non-European countries.

Shipping is not available to:

• Switzerland (unless a delivery address within the European Union is available)

• Malta

• Cyprus

6.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Depending on the destination, weight, and brand of the purchased product, goods are entrusted to our partner couriers:

• GLS – for shipments originating from the main Bernardo warehouse up to 30 kg

Estimated delivery times: 4–8 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from payment receipt.

• Dachser / Fercam – for shipments originating from the main Bernardo warehouse over 30 kg

Estimated delivery times: 5–10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from payment receipt.

• For Record Power, Ravendo, and Laguna Tools products, goods are generally entrusted to DB Schenker

Estimated delivery times: 5–8 business days from payment receipt.

Shipping costs are always borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated during the purchase process.

For shipments to islands, remote areas, or peripheral areas, delivery times can be extended by up to 6–14 business days.

Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order.

6.3 Shipping Confirmation, Delivery, and Goods Inspection

The Customer will receive an email confirming that the shipment has been dispatched. Upon request, a tracking number will also be provided to monitor the delivery.

Krollit di Sandra Gaspar cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier or logistical issues beyond its control.

Claims for damages or penalties for delivery delays are excluded.

Delivery is considered curbside, unless otherwise agreed in writing and pre-accepted by Krollit.

Upon delivery, the Customer is obliged to immediately verify:

• that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

• that the packaging is intact

• that there are no visible damages, alterations, or signs of opening

In the presence of anomalies, the Customer must sign with:

"SUBJECT TO INSPECTION"

specifying the reason in detail, for example:

• punctured packaging

• crushed packaging

• opened package

It is mandatory to open and check the goods within 1 day of delivery to verify completeness and integrity.

Any issues related to:

• physical integrity

• missing product

• incorrect product

• hidden damages

7.1 Product availability and warehouse updates

Stock levels on the Krollit.it website may not be synchronized in real time; therefore, some products displayed as available for purchase may not be currently in stock at the warehouse or with the supplier.

Should the ordered product not be immediately available, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will:

• promptly initiate replenishment from its supplier;

• communicate the estimated availability timeframe to the Customer;

• organize shipping as quickly as technically possible based on procurement times.

7.2 Unavailable products and pre-order management

Krollit di Sandra Gaspar does not guarantee the immediate availability of all products on the website and cannot be held responsible for any temporary unavailability.

Customers are therefore advised to check product availability before proceeding with a purchase.

Should a Customer place an order on the Krollit.it website without prior availability verification and the product turns out to be unavailable, the order will automatically be considered a pre-order.

In such a case, the Customer is required to request confirmation of procurement and shipping times by contacting Krollit di Sandra Gaspar via email or phone.

By accepting the pre-order or purchase conditions, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar undertakes to provide the product according to the timelines communicated by the supplier, unless due to causes beyond its control.

Should the Customer decide to cancel the pre-order after confirmation to the supplier, a financial contribution may be requested to cover cancellation or management costs incurred.

7.3 Price variations in pre-orders

Prices of products subject to pre-order may vary due to market fluctuations, manufacturer price list updates, logistical costs, or currency changes.

Should a price change occur before the final order confirmation, Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will promptly inform the Customer of the new amount.

The Customer may:

• confirm the new price;

• withdraw from the order;

In case of withdrawal, any deposit paid will be refunded only if the product has not already been formally committed to the supplier.

7.4 Payment methods for pre-orders

For pre-order products, payment may be requested in two installments:

First installment – Order confirmation deposit

The initial deposit is required to confirm the start of the pre-order and guarantee the commitment to purchase the product.

The deposit paid:

• confirms the product reservation;

• allows the order to be placed with the supplier;

• is non-refundable unless there is an objective impossibility of supply.

Second installment – Final balance

The remaining balance must be paid before the goods are shipped.

Payment of the balance must be made within 10 days of notification of product availability.

Shipping can only take place after full payment has been received.

General pre-order conditions

The advance payment made for a pre-order, placed via the website or a quote, is considered binding and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

8.1 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Pursuant to the European Union and in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers classified as consumers, i.e., natural persons who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional activity and without indicating a VAT number, have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide a reason and without penalty, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice within the 14-day period to the following address:

8.3 Return and Refund Conditions

Once the withdrawal communication is received, the Customer must return the goods according to the methods provided by current legislation.

The refund for the product subject to withdrawal will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication, without prejudice to the right to suspend the refund until the actual receipt of the goods or until proof of shipment has been provided.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

• the withdrawal applies exclusively to the purchased product in its entirety;

• partial withdrawal is not permitted on components, accessories, equipment, or separate parts of the product;

• the product must be returned intact, complete, and in its original packaging;

• all accessories, manuals, cables, documentation, and original packaging must be present;

• the product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

To avoid damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to use a second outer wrapping and not to apply labels or tape directly to the original package.

The return address will be communicated by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar and may directly coincide with the supplier's warehouse indicated in the transport document.

The return shipment remains the sole responsibility of the Customer until successful delivery to the recipient warehouse.

In case of damage during return transport:

• Krollit di Sandra Gaspar will inform the Customer within 4 working days of receiving the report;

• the Customer must claim against the courier used for the return;

• if the return is not insured, Krollit is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss.

Once received by the supplier, the product will be checked.

If there are:

• damage to the original packaging

• alterations to the packaging

• missing components

• signs of use not compatible with a simple product check

Krollit di Sandra Gaspar may withhold a sum of up to a maximum of 10% of the product's value from the refund, as a contribution for restoration costs or commercial depreciation.

8.4 Forfeiture of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the essential condition of the integrity of the goods is not met.

Specifically, in the following cases:

• absence of the original outer packaging;

• absence of the original inner packaging;

• absence of accessories, manuals, or integral parts;

• damage not attributable to transport;

• improper use or alteration of the product.

9.1 Legal and Conventional Warranty on Professional Machinery

All products sold by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and the legal warranty for conformity defects as provided by current legislation.

The warranty period is determined as follows:

• 12 months for companies, professionals, artisans, and purchases with a VAT number

To benefit from the warranty, it is mandatory to retain:

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the warranty exclusively covers original conformity defects already present at the time of delivery.

9.3 Specific Warranty Exclusions for Professional Machine Tools

The warranty does not cover in any case:

• normal wear and tear of components

• blades, belts, discs, brushes, cutting tools, spindles subject to consumption

• bearings subject to normal deterioration

• consumables

• fuses

• lubricants

• components subject to ordinary maintenance

Also excluded from the warranty are:

• damage caused by incorrect electrical connection

• use with incorrect voltage

• lack of adequate electrical protection

• use with unsuitable extension cords

• incorrect ground fastening when required by the manufacturer

• use not in accordance with the manual's instructions

The warranty is void in case of:

• tampering

• unauthorized opening of the machine

• technical modifications

• improper use

• installation by unqualified personnel where required

9.4 Technical Repair Times

Repair, replacement, or spare parts procurement times depend exclusively on:

• manufacturer

• international spare parts availability

For this reason, no compensation or penalty can be claimed from Krollit di Sandra Gaspar for technical or logistical delays.

9.5 Limitation of Liability

Krollit di Sandra Gaspar is not responsible for:

• machine downtime

• loss of production

• economic loss

• indirect damages resulting from the non-use of the machinery

• unauthorized external labor costs

Any interventions carried out independently by the Customer without prior authorization may compromise the warranty right.

9.6 Customer Obligations During Use

The Customer is required to:

• read the technical manual in its entirety

• perform scheduled ordinary maintenance

• verify correct electrical supply

• use trained personnel for operating the machinery

Intensive professional use must always comply with the technical parameters declared by the manufacturer.

Any complaints regarding orders, purchased products, deliveries, defects found, or services provided by Krollit di Sandra Gaspar must be submitted in writing to the contact details below:

For all matters not expressly provided for herein, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code, the legislation on e-commerce, and the consumer protection provisions in force in Italy shall apply.

In the event of disputes relating to the interpretation, validity, execution, or termination of the distance selling contract:

• if the Customer qualifies as a private consumer, pursuant to current legislation, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction shall be attributed to the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, provided that it is located in Italy;

• in all other cases, including purchases made by professionals, businesses, artisans or VAT-registered individuals, the exclusive competent court shall be that of Avellino.
