To purchase a product on krollit.it, click on the image of the desired product from the product list. This will allow you to view the relevant product page and then click the "Add to cart" button. You can continue shopping by clicking "Add more products". If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the dedicated field: a promotional code is a code linked to special promotions that entitles you to an exclusive benefit. To use a promotional code, simply enter the code in the appropriate box and click the "Apply" button. Click the "Proceed to checkout" button to start the purchase process.

krollit.it is a free personalized service available to all customers: if you are not registered, simply select the "I am a new customer" or "Checkout as guest" option.

Then, for product delivery, we ask for:

your name / your surname / your company / your VAT number / your address (street or square, house number, municipality, postcode, province) NB: P.O. box addresses cannot be entered / your phone number

You will also be asked to enter your billing details. If they are the same as the shipping details, the automatically filled-in data will be shown, and you will only need to add your tax code.

If they are different, you must indicate:

whether the billing data refers to an individual or a company / the name, surname, tax code, and date of birth of the account holder / the billing address (street/square, house number, municipality, postcode, province, country).

Once delivery has been chosen, you will need to choose the payment method. If it is by credit card or PayPal or Klarna or with Pagolight Financing, click on the button and, after carefully reading the instructions, click on the icon "to be redirected to the page for entering the payment authorization code. If you choose bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail containing the bank details and the order number to be entered in the payment description.

Once payment is authorized, the order is complete. We remind you that once an order has been submitted, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. If the invoice is not requested during the purchase phase, it cannot be issued later.

If you are already registered on krollit.it, simply enter your email and password in the appropriate fields. This will display a page with a summary of your data. Additionally, you need to read and click on the information regarding the terms of service.

At this point, click on the "PLACE ORDER" button: a screen will appear with an order summary, billing, and shipping details. If you forgot an item, you can modify the cart by adding the desired products.
