Returns and Refunds

If the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without any penalty, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Customers who intend to exercise their right of withdrawal must send written communication to the email address info@krollit.it within the terms provided by law, indicating the reason for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must follow the procedure provided by law. The consumer has the right, within 14 days of receiving the goods, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
- The refund of the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.
- The right of withdrawal is, in any case, subject to the following imperative conditions:
- the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to withdraw only from part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attached software, etc.);
- the right does not apply to: custom-made or clearly personalized products;
- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original complete packaging in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; in all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging should be avoided;
- the shipping costs related to the return of the item are borne by the customer;
the shipping address to which the goods should be sent is: The supplier who shipped the goods to the customer, as indicated in the DDT.
- the shipment, until the confirmation of receipt at their warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Krollit by Sandra Gaspar will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days) to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier they chose and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
Krollit by Sandra Gaspar is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
- upon its arrival at the Supplier's warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. Should the packaging and/or original packing be damaged, as soon as the Supplier contacts Krollit by Sandra Gaspar regarding the damage, Krollit by Sandra Gaspar will withhold a percentage from the due refund, not exceeding 15% thereof, as a contribution to restoration costs.
The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited, due to the lack of the essential condition of the integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where Krollit by Sandra Gaspar ascertains:
- the absence of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies to the product itself;
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
