Bernardo FSG 1100 Cyclonic Separator
The Bernardo FSG 1100 cyclonic separator is an efficient solution for the pre-separation of dust and chips generated during woodworking. Compatible with extraction systems of at least 1.5 HP, it minimizes the presence of fine dust and protects the main filters, extending their lifespan. Thanks to the removable 118-liter collection container, bag replacement is quick and easy. The cyclonic design ensures optimal airflow, effectively separating larger particles before final filtration. The fill level can be inspected through a transparent viewing window, while the integrated trolley facilitates movement. Robust, economical, and versatile, the FSG 1100 is suitable for joineries, workshops, and laboratories with existing extraction systems.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a cyclonic extractor work and why does it reduce maintenance?
The cyclonic separator intercepts chips and coarse sawdust before they reach the main filter of the extractor: air enters tangentially into a conical cylinder, the circular motion causes heavy particles to fall downwards into the tank, while clean air rises towards the extractor. Result: the extractor filter clogs much more slowly — you empty the cyclonic separator tank instead of changing expensive filters.
What is the difference between FSG 1000, FSG 1100, and the RLA series?
FSG 1000 and FSG 1100: compact cyclonic separators for extractors with 1.5–2.5 kW motors — benchtop or wheeled format. RLA 1500–3700: industrial cyclonic separators for large volumes of chips, with tanks from 150 to 370 liters — for centralized extraction systems in joineries and metalworking shops. The number indicates the tank capacity in liters.
Which Bernardo extractor is it compatible with?
FSG and RLA separators are compatible with the Bernardo DC, RV, FT, and ASA extractor range. Check the connection diameter (Ø 100, 120 or 150 mm) according to the extractor model in use. Contact Krollit for the correct configuration. Customer support in Italian available.
