Does the base include the milled surface and T-slots?

It depends on the model. BF series bases typically include a storage compartment, chip drawer, and chip collection tray. TM series bases have a milled surface with T-slots for attaching vises and equipment. Check the standard equipment in the specific model description.

Is the RAL 5014 (pigeon blue) paint standard?

Yes — all Bernardo bases use RAL 5014 pigeon blue powder coating, the same color as Bernardo machines. Powder coating is more resistant than liquid paint: it doesn't scratch with light impacts and doesn't crack over time.
