The KSU 1560 universal stand – which machines is it compatible with?
The KSU is designed to support miter saws, saws, bench grinders, and other light tools up to the maximum indicated weight. The adjustable working length of 1400–2900 mm allows the stand to be adapted to the machine and the ergonomic working height for the operator. It is not a specific stand for heavy machines – for lathes and milling machines, use the dedicated stands from the D and Deluxe series.
How do I adjust the height of the work surface?
Height adjustment is done via telescopic legs or lateral adjustment screws (depending on the model). Adjust all 4 legs to the same height and check the flatness of the surface with a spirit level before securing the machine. An unlevel surface causes cuts with unwanted angles on saws and miter saws.
Does the stand include a stop guide?
Check the standard equipment of the specific model. Some KSU models include an adjustable stop guide for repeatable cuts at the same length; others have it as an optional accessory. Customer support in Italian available.
