The Bernardo SBS 1000 circular saw blade sharpener sharpens CV and HW/Widia blades from Ø 80 to 1,000 mm, Ø 125 mm diamond grinding wheel, grinding wheel tilt ±20°, blade holder rotation 35° left / 45° right, speed 2,850 rpm, 180 W single-phase 230V motor. The Bernardo SBS 1000 is identical to the SBS 700 except for the maximum capacity: Ø 1,000 mm instead of 700 mm. Same grinding wheel, same power, same operating logic — but it covers large blades used on panel saws, cutting centers, and large format saws. For woodworking shops and cutting centers working with Ø 800–1,000 mm blades, the SBS 1000 is the only alternative to external sharpening in this price range.

The SBS 700 sharpens up to Ø 700 mm (20 kg, 720 mm footprint); the SBS 1000 sharpens up to Ø 1,000 mm (23 kg, 870 mm footprint). Same grinding wheel, same power, same operating principle. The SBS 1000 is only necessary if blades over Ø 700 mm are used.
