The powerful and maintenance-free induction motor guarantees continuous operation, while the quick-release belt tensioner speeds up abrasive changes. The belt can be used horizontally or vertically with a tiltable table (0°–90°), while the disc platen (Ø 150 mm) is tiltable 0°–45° and equipped with a miter gauge/stop for precise bevels and angles. The Ø 60 mm dust extraction port allows direct connection to a dust collection system for a clean working environment.

Rough metal grinding (quick removal): P40–P60. Intermediate metal sanding: P80–P120. Metal finishing: P150–P240. Wood rough grinding: P60–P80. Wood finishing: P100–P180. For aluminum, use specific aluminum belts with an open coating to prevent clogging. Do not mix belts used on metal with those to be used on wood.

Can the work surface be tilted for bevels?

Yes, on all models in the MS/BS/HV/BDSM range, the support surface is adjustable (typically 0°–45°) for sanding bevels and angled surfaces. Check the maximum angle in the technical table of the specific model.

Are replacement abrasive belts available?
