The BDSM 230 T is a combined belt and disc sander designed for fast and precise work on soft/hardwoods, plastics, plexiglass, and non-ferrous metals. The 1220 × 150 mm belt can operate horizontally and vertically, with a tiltable table from 0°–90°; the Ø 230 mm disc uses its entire surface thanks to the table positioned below the center and tiltable 0°–45°. The torsion-free cast iron housing reduces vibrations, while the high-performance motor (0.75 kW S1 / 1.1 kW S6) ensures constant torque.
Adjustment screws allow for fine belt centering (parallel run), the manual belt tensioner facilitates tension adjustment, and the quick-release lever allows for abrasive changes in seconds. The table with guides on both sides and a T-slot is compatible with the included miter gauge, allowing for repeatable bevels and angles. The Ø 50 mm dust extraction port allows connection to a dust collection system for a clean work area.
