Thanks to its 1220 × 150 mm abrasive belt and Ø 250 mm disc, it allows for a wide range of operations: from finishing edges and flat surfaces to sanding contours and shaped pieces. The support table with T-guide and miter gauge ensures consistently precise angles, while the graphite coating on the belt's support surface reduces friction and improves sliding.
The machine is equipped with a robust cast iron base, which minimizes vibrations and deflections, and a spring system for constant belt tension, ensuring uniformity during processing. Switching from vertical to horizontal use is quick and simple, while the 0.75 kW (1.0 kW S6) induction motor guarantees constant power and long-term reliability. The Ø 60 mm dust extraction port allows the work environment to be kept clean by connecting an external extraction system.
