Are the blades replaceable?

Yes. The cutting blades are replaceable when worn or damaged. Original Bernardo replacement blades are available with 3–5 business days shipping.

Does it require fixed installation or is it used on a workbench?

Most Bernardo lever shears are fixed to a workbench or floor with bolts. They do not require a special foundation. More compact versions can also be used on a workbench vise.
