The Bernardo Disc Sander TS 250 / 230 V is a versatile machine designed for working with metals, light alloys, and wood. Equipped with a balanced Ø 250 mm abrasive disc, it ensures smooth and vibration-free operation. The tiltable work table from 0° to 45° allows for precise and angled machining, while the table's position below the center of the disc allows for maximum use of the entire abrasive surface. The stable machine body with rubber coating reduces vibrations and increases safety. With a speed of 1400 rpm and a 0.55 kW motor (S1 rated power), it guarantees consistent performance even during prolonged use. Thanks to the Ø 35 mm dust extraction port, it keeps the work area clean. Included in the delivery: lockable angle guide, P80 grit abrasive disc, and motor protection switch.

Is the TS disc sander suitable for metal and wood?

Bernardo TS series disc sanders are primarily designed for sanding and finishing flat surfaces on metal, wood, and composite materials. The orbital/rotary motion of the disc ensures a uniform finish without directional scratches. For wood, use abrasive paper from P80 to P220; for metal, from P80 to P180.

Is replacement abrasive paper available?

Yes. Original Bernardo abrasive paper and discs for the TS series are available with 3–5 business day shipping. Please specify the format and model when ordering.
