HM Z80 blade for aluminum — why are different teeth needed for different materials?

Z80 for aluminum: more teeth produce a smoother cut on the soft and ductile material of aluminum — the positive rake angle geometry and the high number of teeth prevent burr formation on the cut edge. Z58 for steel would have too large a feed per tooth on aluminum and would cause vibration.

How to use this blade safely on a circular saw?

For cutting aluminum: always use aluminum-specific cutting fluid; max peripheral speed 80 m/s; do not force the feed — let the blade cut at its own pace. Use eye protection (chip projection). Always secure the workpiece — never hold it by hand while cutting.
