Frequently asked questions
CMT industrial blade — for what kind of professional use is it designed?
CMT industrial blades with high-density carbide teeth are designed for continuous professional production on table saws and radial arm saws — more sharpening cycles than consumer blades, optimized tooth geometry for clean cuts on all woods (hard, soft, plywood, chipboard, laminate, MDF). Alternate teeth with 10°–20° angle reduce chipping on agglomerated materials.
Can this blade be sharpened?
Yes — CMT carbide blades are sharpened with a circular saw blade sharpener equipped with a diamond wheel (such as the Bernardo SBS 700 or SBS 800). An industrial CMT blade can be sharpened 5–8 times before being replaced. In-house sharpening is much more economical than replacement.
Delivery times?
Original spare parts available with 3–5 working days shipping. Customer support in Italian available.
