Which grit to choose?
K36-K60 for aggressive roughing and paint removal, K80-K120 for intermediate sanding, K150-K240 for pre-painting finish, K320+ for mirror surfaces.
The most common mistake is skipping intermediate grits: going from K60 to K240 leaves deep marks that cannot be removed. Always proceed in consecutive steps (e.g. K80 → K120 → K180).
