Aluminium indexing dogs for UJK Parf system – set of 3

The re-reamer dogs are inserted into the existing 20 mm holes of the top adjacent to the area where new holes are to be added. The 3 mm hole in the center of each dog acts as a pilot hole for the 3 mm drill bit of the Parf MkII system, which uses these references to position the guide block in the exact position for drilling new holes at a 96 mm pitch in continuity with the existing grid.

Without the re-reamer dogs, adding new holes to an existing grid would require manual remeasurement of positions, with the risk of introducing cumulative errors. The dogs ensure that the new holes are aligned with the original precision of the Parf MkII system.

The set includes 3 dogs, which is the minimum number to define the positioning of a new row or column of holes using the Pythagorean theorem principle of the Parf MkII system.
