In intensive professional use, the cartridge should be replaced when the suction capacity significantly decreases despite cleaning, or every 6–12 months. Some Bernardo cartridges are washable with an air jet – check the manual for recommended cleaning frequency.
Is it possible to clean the cartridge instead of replacing it?
