Bernardo RBM 30 – Electric tube bender with included roller sets
The Bernardo RBM 30 electric tube bender is designed for precise bending of round, square, flat tubes and solid materials. Thanks to the 6 pairs of rollers supplied, it allows for the processing of various profiles with great versatility. The lower rollers are driven by the electric motor, while the advance of the upper roller is mechanically adjusted via a screw. The shafts, made of special hardened and ground steel, guarantee long life and stability during processing. An easy-to-read millimeter scale allows for quick adjustment of the upper roller, while the integrated foot pedal easily controls clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation, with an emergency stop for maximum safety. With a bending speed of 3 m/min and a motor power of 1.1 kW, the RBM 30 is the ideal solution for workshops and laboratories that require reliability and precision in metal bending.
