Description

Güde GRH 2/330 Hydraulic Trolley Jack – 2000 kg, 340 mm height, double-stage system

The Güde GRH 2/330 hydraulic trolley jack is a specialised tool for vertical lifting of cars up to 2000 kg (suitable for small cars, medium-sized saloons and compact SUVs). Unlike manual gravity jack stands, the hydraulic jack offers precise height control during lifting – by pumping the handle, the operator adjusts the smoothness and stability of the load.

The double-stage mechanism is innovative: the first fast-pumping stage quickly raises the load to approximately 200 mm, then it automatically switches to the second powerful pumping stage for the remaining 100 mm up to 340 mm. The result: initial speed + final control + reduced overall handle effort. The removable 2-piece handle allows compact storage in the workshop or car boot.

Mechanics and design:

  • 2000 kg capacity – Static lifting capacity up to 2000 kg. Suitable for small to medium-sized cars, saloons, compact SUVs and light vans up to 2000 kg dry weight, with a safety margin
  • Adjustable height 135–340 mm – 205 mm range lifts the car from the ground for full access to the underbody, oil changes and suspension inspection. The 135 mm minimum height is perfect for low cars
  • Double-stage system (Doppelhub) – The first stage lifts quickly up to approximately 200 mm, with fast pumping, then automatically switches to the slow stage for the final approximately 100 mm, with controlled powerful pumping. Combined efficiency of speed + power
  • Long removable handle – Extended handle reduces pumping effort on the final piston strokes. A longer lever means less force required. Removable in 2 parts for compact storage – easy to transport in a car boot or place in the workshop
  • 55 mm load platform – Standard diameter for typical car jacking points. Even load distribution on the vehicle frame
  • Integrated safety valve – Prevents accidental overload. If the operator loads more than 2000 kg, the valve blocks further pumping
  • Wheels for mobility – The trolley is mounted on wheels for agile movement between workshop stations. No manual carrying effort required
  • 8.8 kg weight – Very lightweight and portable. Can be transported in a car or workshop and used individually without assistance
  • GS certification – German Geprüfte Sicherheit, certified safety – European quality standard for professional tools
  • Independent from power supply – Hydraulic handle requires no electricity. Works in any environmental condition

Who chooses it:

  • Specialised automotive workshops – Tyre changes, underbody maintenance, suspension inspection and general repairs. A hydraulic jack is a standard tool for operator safety
  • Independent garages – General car repairs, diagnostics and routine maintenance. The hydraulic jack eliminates the risks of manual jack stands and offers absolute stability
  • Bodywork and diagnostic centres – Full underbody access for frame diagnostics, damage inspection and structural repairs. The double-stage system speeds up work cycles
  • Roadside assistance mechanics – Vehicle extraction from ditches and field maintenance. The 8.8 kg weight makes the jack easy to transport in a recovery van. Portability is essential for field interventions

Who chooses it in Italy

Specialised automotive workshops – Tyre changes, routine maintenance such as oil, filters and brakes, and underbody repairs. A hydraulic jack is a standard tool that eliminates the risk of load drop and offers absolute stability during work.

Small to medium independent garages – General car repairs, seasonal maintenance and pre-sale diagnostics of used cars. A hydraulic jack is an essential investment that improves safety, reduces time and increases inspection quality.

Bodywork and vehicle inspection centres – Frame diagnostics, accident damage inspection, structural repairs and technical inspections. Fast underbody access using a hydraulic jack is critical for accelerated work cycles.

After-sales support and accessory compatibility

Krollit supplies original Güde spare parts for the hydraulic jack with average delivery times of 5–7 working days:

  • Replacement hydraulic cylinder, in case of internal damage from overload
  • Replacement manual pump, in case of wear or pressure loss
  • Specific hydraulic oil, 3–5 litres
  • Replacement hydraulic handle, mobile part
  • Replacement load platform, in case of deformation
  • Replacement wheels, in case of damage
  • Replacement safety valve
  • Italian manual and technical data sheet available in PDF format

Who the Güde GRH 2/330 hydraulic trolley jack is suitable for

Profile Suitable? Reason
Specialised automotive workshop Ideal Standard tool for tyre changes, underbody maintenance and repairs. The 2000 kg capacity covers small to medium-sized cars. The double-stage system speeds up cycles.
Small to medium independent garage Ideal General car repairs, routine maintenance and diagnostics. The hydraulic jack eliminates jack stand risks, offers absolute stability and increases work quality.
Bodywork and technical inspection centre Suitable Frame diagnostics, damage inspection and structural repairs. If operations are frequent, over 50 lifts/month, the investment is justified. For occasional cycles, jack stands are sufficient.

Not suitable for:
Lifting cars >2000 kg (exceeding structural capacity – use higher-capacity models); vertical lifting >340 mm (use extendable models or multiple jack stands); continuous industrial use >200 cycles/month (use fixed static lifts for high-volume workshops).

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum load the jack can support?

2000 kg of static lifting capacity. Do not exceed this load to avoid damaging the cylinder and safety valve. The integrated valve automatically blocks further pumping if the load exceeds 2000 kg. For cars over 2000 kg, such as large SUVs and vans, use a higher-capacity jack.

How does the double-stage system work?

Stage 1: by pumping the handle quickly, the car rises rapidly to approximately 200 mm. Stage 2: at approximately 200 mm, the system automatically switches to the slow stage – the next 100 mm up to 340 mm occur with more controlled and powerful pumping. Result: initial speed + final control without excessive effort.

Does the removable handle make the jack difficult to use?

No. The handle is easily inserted before pumping. Once inserted, it works exactly like a fixed handle. The advantage: after use, you remove the handle in 2 parts – the jack becomes compact, 460 × 200 × 135 mm, and easy to store in a car boot or workshop shelf.

How long does it take to lift a car up to 340 mm?

Not declared by the manufacturer. In practice, with a manual rhythm of 30–40 pumps, lifting a 1800 kg car up to 340 mm takes approximately 45–60 seconds. Speed depends on the load – lighter cars lift faster.

Is the 55 mm platform compatible with all cars?

Yes. The 55 mm diameter platform is a universal standard – it is positioned under the structural jacking point of any car, such as the frame or side member. Make sure the car is positioned stably before starting the lift.

Is the hydraulic jack safer than manual jack stands?

Yes. Manual jack stands rely on gravity and offer no control if the car slips. The hydraulic jack keeps the car in position through continuous hydraulic pressure – the integrated safety valve prevents involuntary lowering. In addition, the hydraulic cylinder distributes the load evenly across the vehicle structure.

Can I lift cars with very wide or very low tyres?

Yes. The 135 mm minimum height allows positioning under very low cars, such as sports or modified cars. The 55 mm platform is small enough not to obstruct wide tyres. Make sure the platform is centred exactly on the structural jacking point.

What maintenance does the hydraulic jack require?

Minimal maintenance. Monthly inspection: check oil pressure, which must be smooth; cylinder integrity, with no leaks; safety valve operation, with no abnormal resistance; and handle movement, which should be smooth. Oil replacement is recommended every 12 months with moderate use, under 50 lifts/month. Lubricate the wheels every 6 months with spray, such as WD-40.
