Bernardo ASA 4500 – Dust collector 3900 m³/h with 2 bags
The Bernardo ASA 4500 dust collector is designed for woodworking shops and workshops that require a powerful and versatile system for managing dust and chips. With an airflow of 3900 m³/h and a maximum vacuum pressure of 1800 Pa, it delivers high and consistent performance. Equipped with two chip bags, each with a capacity of 165 liters (total 330 L), and a filter bag with a surface area of 2.9 m², it ensures efficient suction and long operating autonomy. The included adapter (1 x 150 mm / 3 x 100 mm) allows multiple machines to be connected simultaneously. The motor, rated at 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) in S1 and 3.0 kW (4.2 HP) in S6 40%, guarantees power and reliability. With a mobile base and compact dimensions, it is easy to move and integrate into any workshop.

The ASA series is a compact dust collector with large bags (165 L): a monolithic structure that is easy to move, requires no fixed ducting installation, and is suitable for workshops with flexible layouts. The DC series is modular and integrates into centralized dust collection systems with fixed ducting. For workshops with machines that frequently change position or for multi-site use: ASA. For fixed systems with multiple permanently connected machines: DC.
The flow rate of 3900 m³/h — how many machines can it handle simultaneously?
Sized for professional woodworking shops with multiple machines in simultaneous use. The actual flow rate depends on the length and diameter of the ducting — every meter of pipe and every bend reduces the effective flow rate. As a reference: a 100 mm pipe for 5 m with 2 bends reduces the flow rate by 15–25%. Coordinate sizing with Krollit before installation. Customer support in Italian available.
