The jaws are specific to the indicated models: SS 18 / SS 18. They are not interchangeable with other SS models of different sizes. Please verify your machine model before purchasing. Customer support in Italian available.
When should the jaws be replaced?
Jaws wear out progressively: the teeth flatten, and the grip on the sheet metal becomes less effective — the machine has to make more passes to produce the same effect, or starts to slip on the sheet metal. Replace when frequent slipping or reduced stretching/compression effectiveness is noticed. In intensive professional use, typically every 2–5 years.
