The quick-change set includes sleeves and adapters for fast tool changes (drills, chucks, reamers) on the RD 1400/RD 1600 grinding machine. Each sleeve has a specific Morse taper (MK 5 for the machine, plus MK 3/2/1 and B 16 sleeves for the tools) — the system allows switching from one tool to another in 10–20 seconds instead of the 2–3 minutes of changing with a traditional extractor key.
Only compatible with RD 1400 and RD 1600?
Yes — the set is specific for Bernardo RD 1400 and RD 1600 universal grinding machines. The MK 5 machine taper is the starting point of the system. For other grinding machines, verify the spindle taper before purchase. Customer support in Italian available.
