Is the roller table for TK 250 PRO necessary or optional?
It is an optional but very useful accessory in production: it supports the sheet metal or profile coming out of the saw during cutting, preventing the piece from falling and deforming. Without rear support, a long piece flexes under its own weight during cutting — the pressure on the blade increases, the cut quality worsens, and the blade wears out faster. For pieces over 500 mm, the roller table is strongly recommended.
Are the rollers made of steel or PVC?
The rollers of Bernardo tables for circular and band saws are typically made of painted steel. For delicate materials (anodized aluminum, polished stainless steel), PVC coatings for the rollers are available as a separate accessory — they prevent scratches on the surface of the workpiece during sliding.
