The Bernardo hydraulic lift truck raises the load to height (up to 1000 mm) — suitable for placing materials on shelving, feeding machines at high work surfaces, and inspecting raised components. The pallet truck (PHW) moves the load horizontally at minimum height — suitable for transport between workstations. For workshop handling, both are often used sequentially.
Does the 700 kg capacity apply to the entire lifting height?
No — the rated capacity applies at the minimum fork height (lowered). As the lifting height increases, the actual capacity decreases due to the tipping moment. Check the capacity table based on height in the manual. As a general rule: do not exceed 70% of the rated capacity at maximum height.
What maintenance does it require?
Check hydraulic oil level every 3 months. Clean forks and hydraulic cylinders from dirt and oxidation. Lubricate pivot pins every 6 months. Verify the integrity of the safety valve annually. Hydraulic fluid should be replaced every 2 years under normal use.
