MT 4/1 reducer sleeve — difference from reduction bushing?

The MT 4/1 reducer sleeve is similar to the reduction bushing but with a longer structure — it converts a larger taper (4) to a smaller seat (1). Use when a standard bushing is not available or when greater stability is needed. Fully hardened and ground. Customer support available in Italian.

How to properly install and remove?

Insert with slight manual pressure — the Morse taper self-locks during use. For removal, use the ejector pin in the through-hole of the machine's spindle. Do not strike the sleeve laterally — risk of damaging the taper seat in the machine.
