Pillar Drill DM 35 C / 400 V

The DM 35 C pillar drill is a heavy-duty floor-standing machine powered at 400 V, with a drilling capacity of up to 32 mm and tapping capacity up to M 24. It has an MT 3 Morse taper spindle mount, 5 speeds from 320 to 1,820 rpm and a 1.5 kW motor rated for continuous operation. The Ø 100 mm ground steel column, guaranteed concentricity ≤ 0.02 mm, integrated coolant system and tapping device with automatic reversal make it suitable for machine shops and production departments.

What applications is it suitable for?

The DM 35 C is suitable for repair shops, machine shops, production departments and training centres that drill holes up to 32 mm and tap threads up to M 24 in steel and other metals, including in series and on tall workpieces. The integrated coolant protects drill bits and taps when machining steel, and automatic reversal at the end of the thread makes tapping faster and safer. It requires connection to a 400 V three-phase supply and a floor able to support approx. 300 kg.

It is not suitable for users with only a 230 V single-phase socket, nor for occasional hobby work, for which a lighter drill is sufficient.
