Pillar Drill DM 35 CV / 400 V

The DM 35 CV pillar drill is a heavy-duty floor-standing machine powered at 400 V, with a drilling capacity of up to 32 mm and tapping capacity up to M 24. Speed is infinitely variable over two ranges, 100 to 620 and 620 to 3,300 rpm, and is shown on the digital display: this lets you set the exact cutting speed for each tool. The 1.5 kW continuous-duty motor, guaranteed concentricity ≤ 0.02 mm, integrated coolant system and tapping device with automatic reversal complete the equipment.

What applications is it suitable for?

The DM 35 CV is suitable for machine shops, production departments, maintenance departments and training centres that drill holes up to 32 mm and tap threads up to M 24 in steel and other metals, including in series and on tall workpieces. Infinitely variable speed from 100 rpm allows large diameters and tapping to be machined at the optimum speed, while the integrated coolant protects the tools. It requires connection to a 400 V three-phase supply and a floor able to support approx. 310 kg.

It is not suitable for users with only a 230 V single-phase socket, nor for occasional hobby work, for which a lighter drill is sufficient.
