Polishing wheels suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, plastic and wood. The layer thickness can be self-determined after each application; for this purpose, loose wheels are simply omitted.
Loose flannel polishing wheel 350 x 25 x 16 mm
Very soft polishing wheel for mirror polishing; the wheels are not sewn and therefore the thickness can be changed. The long durability ensures quality processing.

How to properly use this 4-piece wood polishing set?
2-phase process: 1) Sisal wheel + Kiesolin 327 (light brown, abrasive 2–3/10) — pre-polishing that removes scratches and prepares the surface with high grease content for good adhesion to wood. 2) Cotton wheel + Lumo 934 (blue, high abrasive) — final polishing for a brilliant effect. Each phase uses a separate wheel — do not mix pastes. Recommended speed: 800–1,500 rpm with Ø 350 mm wheel.
Does it work on varnished, oiled and bare wood?
On bare wood and on wood with oil finish (wax, natural oils) excellent results. On varnished wood (nitro, polyurethane) it depends on the condition of the varnish — on hardened and undamaged varnishes it produces a brilliant effect; on marked varnishes it is necessary to sand first. Not suitable for wood impregnated with still damp water-based products.
Are the pastes in the set compatible with the included Ø 350 mm wheel?
Yes — Kiesolin 327 and Lumo 934 pastes are formulated to work with the Ø 350 mm sisal and cotton wheels included in the set. The 16 mm bore is standard for Bernardo bench polishing machines.
