What is a TB 100 toe jack and how is it used?
The TB 100 is a toe jack for positioning heavy machinery — it is inserted under the machine and lifted via the toe mechanism. The rated capacity is 6 tonnes. It is used for: installing new machines, lateral movement on rollers, levelling on foundations, loading/unloading from trucks with a ramp. It does not replace a forklift for horizontal movement.
What is the difference between TB 100 and TB 200?
Capacity: TB 100 → 10 tonnes (on head), TB 200 → 20 tonnes (on head). Own weight: TB 100 approx. 25 kg, TB 200 approx. 68 kg. Different lifting range — check the specifications in the table for the required range. For machinery over 10 tonnes, use TB 200 with two jacks in pairs for load distribution.
