How to use the RC 50 roller crowbar to move heavy machinery?
The RC bar is inserted under the machine using the long lever as an Archimedean lever: the rollers are placed under the base of the machinery and the lever is pushed down to lift the load by a few centimetres. The rollers then allow the machine to slide sideways with minimal force. Load capacity 5,000 kg – do not exceed this value. For very heavy machines, use 2 bars in pairs.
What is the difference between RC 15 and RC 50?
RC 15: load capacity 1,500 kg, for light-medium machinery. RC 50: load capacity 5,000 kg, 2000 mm lever for heavy machinery. The longer lever of the RC 50 proportionally multiplies the applied force but requires more manoeuvring space. Choose the model with a load capacity greater than the weight of the machine to be moved, with at least a 20% margin.
