The VRS roller stand — on which machines and for which operations is it used?
The VRS roller stand supports long workpieces at the output of circular saws, band saws, planers, lathes, and other machine tools — it prevents the workpiece from falling or tilting during cutting or processing. Rated capacity 700 kg. The roller width and height must match the machine's work surface to support the workpiece coaxially.
Is the height adjustable — how is it aligned with the machine's surface?
Adjust the telescopic legs until the roller is at the same height as the machine's work surface (lathe bed, saw table). Use a spirit level on the roller to ensure it is level — a tilted stand will deflect the workpiece during cutting. Lock the telescopic legs before starting the work.
