The jaws are specific to the indicated models: ss 18 / ss 18. They are not interchangeable with other SS models of different sizes. Please check your machine model before purchasing. Customer support available in Italian.
When should the jaws be replaced?
Jaws wear out progressively: the teeth flatten, and the grip on the sheet metal becomes less effective — the machine has to make more passes to produce the same effect, or it starts to slip on the sheet metal. Replace when frequent slipping or reduced stretching/shrinking effectiveness is observed. In intensive professional use, typically every 2–5 years.
