Lifting table Lifting table: permitted for people?
Bernardo FSHT, SSHT and TG series lifting tables are designed exclusively for lifting loads — NOT for transporting or lifting people. Use with people is prohibited by Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and dangerous. For aerial work platforms, only use certified equipment for personal use (ladders, scaffolding, aerial platforms).
How does the foot control work?
The lifting table has electro-hydraulic actuation: the 0.75 kW motor pumps fluid into the hydraulic cylinder. Lifting occurs by pressing the foot control pedal (or the button on the panel). Lowering is controlled via a variable flow manual valve — descent speed is adjusted by turning the valve. In the event of a power failure, the platform remains in the position it has reached.
Is the 1000 kg capacity for a centered load?
Yes — the nominal capacity is for a load uniformly distributed on the platform with the center of gravity in the center. For eccentric loads (pieces resting on one side) the effective capacity is significantly reduced. General rule: do not exceed 70% of the nominal capacity with eccentric loads. Always check stability before lifting.
