Lifting table Lifting table: allowed for people?
Bernardo FSHT, SSHT, and TG series lifting tables are designed exclusively for lifting loads — NOT for transporting or lifting people. Use with people is prohibited by Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and is dangerous. For aerial work platforms, only use equipment certified for personal use (ladders, scaffolding, aerial platforms).
How does the foot control work?
The lifting table has electro-hydraulic actuation: the 0.75 kW motor pumps fluid into the hydraulic cylinder. Lifting occurs by pressing the foot control pedal (or the button on the panel). Lowering is controlled via a manual valve with variable flow — the lowering speed is adjusted by turning the valve. In the event of a power outage, the platform remains in the position reached.
Does the 1000 kg capacity refer to a centered load?
Yes — the nominal capacity applies to a uniformly distributed load on the platform with the center of gravity in the middle. For off-center loads (pieces placed on one side), the effective capacity is significantly reduced. General rule: do not exceed 70% of the nominal capacity with off-center loads. Always check stability before lifting.
