Does the PTA 800 pallet truck for 800 kg require a license or training to use?

Manual pallet trucks do not require a license, but Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 obliges the employer to train workers on the correct use of handling equipment (manual handling of loads, Title VI). Training includes: maximum capacity, correct use on ramps, load control on descents, correct posture when pushing.

Do the forks fit into all types of pallets?

Standard forks (160 mm wide, 1150 mm long) fit into EUR 800×1200 mm pallets and industrial 1000×1200 mm pallets. They do not fit into pallets with narrow side openings (<150 mm) or plastic pallets with narrow slats. Verify the pallet type before purchasing. Customer support available in Italian.
