The KSU 1100 universal base — which machines is it compatible with?
The KSU is designed to support miter saws, saws, bench angle grinders, and other light tools up to the maximum indicated weight. The adjustable working length of 700–1200 mm allows the base to be adapted to the machine and to the ergonomic working height for the operator. It is not a specific base for heavy machines — for lathes and milling machines, use the dedicated bases from the D and Deluxe series.
How is the height of the work surface adjusted?
Height adjustment is done via the telescopic legs or the side adjustment screws (depending on the model). Adjust all 4 legs to the same height and check the flatness of the surface with a spirit level before securing the machine. An unlevel surface causes cuts with unwanted angles on saws and miter saws.
