Bernardo Manual Pipe Bender MR 200 F – Bending up to 180°
The Bernardo Manual Pipe Bender MR 200 F is a compact and versatile machine for bending thin-walled pipes made of steel, copper, and aluminum. Designed for manual operations with wall thicknesses from 0.8 to 1.2 mm, it allows precise bends up to 180°. Included in the delivery are 10 interchangeable bending segments (from 1/4" to 5/8", with 3D and 5D radii), offering maximum flexibility for various pipe types. With compact dimensions (350 x 780 x 1070 mm) and a weight of 45 kg, it is easily placed in a workshop or on a construction site. Easy to use and robust in construction, it is the ideal tool for artisans, installers, and hobbyists who need a reliable and precise bending machine for light fabrication and plumbing work.

Frequently Asked Questions
The MR 200 F — what materials does it work on and what is the thickness limit?
The MR 200 F bends pipes made of mild steel, copper, aluminum, and brass. The thickness limit depends on the diameter: small diameter pipes with thick walls are harder to bend than thin-walled pipes of the same outer diameter. For S235 structural steel pipes, check the capacity table in the manual. The manual MR 200 F is not suitable for stainless steel — inquire about the HRB hydraulic version.
How can ovalization and creases be avoided during bending?
Ovalization is reduced by using the correct diameter die that supports the pipe externally, and by inserting an internal mandrel for thin-walled pipes (under 1.5 mm). A constant bending speed reduces irregularities compared to jerky movements. For tight radii (less than 1.5× the pipe diameter), ovalization is physiological — reducing it requires a specific internal mandrel.
How many degrees can it bend?
The MR 200 F bends up to 180° in a single pass. For angles greater than 180° (spiral), the pipe must be flipped over and bending continued with two passes. The integrated protractor scale allows setting the exact angle, taking into account the material's typical springback.
