What is the difference between the MTE series and the MTR series?
Both have a motorized NC back gauge, the same number of strokes (31/min), and a similar structure. The MTR adds pneumatic sheet support: pins that lift the sheet during positioning, reducing friction, which is crucial for long (over 2,000 mm) or heavy sheets. The MTE does not have this support — the sheet slides directly on the table. For standard production on light sheets, the MTE is sufficient; for heavy sheets or large formats, the MTR significantly eases the operator's work.
What is the maximum thickness for stainless steel?
