Geared drills (GB series) deliver higher torque at low speeds — necessary for deep reaming, large diameter tapping, and drilling hard materials over Ø 30 mm. What is the maximum drilling diameter in steel with the Bernardo Pillar Drill SB?

Nominal capacity Ø 32 mm in S235 steel with HSS drill bit. In AISI 304 stainless steel, the capacity is reduced by 30–40% — use specific drill bits for stainless steel and reduced speed with coolant.
