The MHS 1000 hydraulic forklift – how does it differ from a classic pallet truck?
The MHS 1000 is a manual hydraulic stacker: it lifts loads to height (1600 mm) to place them on shelving or elevated platforms, unlike a pallet truck which transports the load a few centimeters from the ground. The manual hydraulic pump lifts the load with limited effort; lowering is controlled by an adjustable relief valve. Capacity 1000 kg – check stability before lifting.
The lifting height 1600 mm – how is the effective payload at maximum height calculated?
The nominal capacity applies at the minimum height (forks lowered). As the height increases, the effective capacity decreases due to the overturning moment – at 1600 mm, apply a maximum of 70% of the nominal capacity (700 kg) with the center of gravity centered. Always distribute the load symmetrically on the forks.
