The MHS 1000 hydraulic forklift – how does it differ from a classic pallet truck?
The MHS 1000 is a manual hydraulic stacker: it lifts the load to height (2500 mm) to place it on shelving or elevated platforms, unlike a pallet truck which transports the load a few centimeters from the ground. The manual hydraulic pump lifts the load with limited effort; lowering is controlled by an adjustable release valve. Capacity 1000 kg – check stability before lifting.
The lifting height 2500 mm – how is the effective useful load calculated at maximum height?
The nominal capacity applies at the minimum height (forks lowered). As the height increases, the effective capacity reduces due to the overturning moment – at 2500 mm apply a maximum of 70% of the nominal capacity (700 kg) with the center of gravity centered. Always distribute the load symmetrically on the forks.
