The MHS 1500 hydraulic forklift – how does it differ from a classic pallet truck?
The MHS 1500 is a manual hydraulic stacker: it lifts the load to a height (1600 mm) to place it on shelves or elevated platforms, unlike a pallet truck which transports the load a few centimeters from the ground. The manual hydraulic pump lifts the load with limited effort; lowering is controlled by an adjustable relief valve. Capacity 1500 kg — check stability before lifting.
The lifting height 1600 mm — how is the effective payload calculated at maximum height?
The nominal capacity applies at the minimum height (forks lowered). As the height increases, the effective capacity reduces due to the tilting moment — at 1600 mm, apply a maximum of 70% of the nominal capacity (1050 kg) with the center of gravity centered. Always distribute the load symmetrically on the forks.
