The KRS stand – on which machines and for what processes is it used?
The KRS roller stand supports long workpieces at the output of circular saws, band saws, planers, lathes, and other machine tools – it prevents the workpiece from falling or tilting during cutting or processing. Rated capacity 90 kg. The width and height of the roller must match the working surface of the machine to support the workpiece coaxially.
Is the height adjustable – how does it align with the machine's surface?
Adjust the telescopic legs until the roller is at the same height as the machine's working surface (lathe bed, saw table). Use a spirit level on the roller to check that it is level – an inclined stand will deflect the workpiece during cutting. Lock the telescopic legs before starting the processing.
