The LRS stand — on which machines and for which processes is it used?
The LRS roller stand supports long workpieces at the exit of circular saws, band saws, planers, lathes and other machine tools — it prevents the workpiece from falling or tilting during cutting or processing. Rated capacity 100 kg. The width and height of the roller must match the machine's work surface to support the workpiece coaxially.
The height is adjustable — how do you align it with the machine's surface?
Adjust the telescopic legs until the roller is at the same height as the machine's work surface (lathe bed, saw table). Use a spirit level on the roller to check that it is level — an inclined stand will deflect the workpiece during cutting. Lock the telescopic legs before starting the work.
