The FRS-1 stand — on which machines and for which processes is it used?
The FRS-1 roller stand supports long workpieces at the output of circular saws, band saws, planers, lathes and other machine tools — it prevents the workpiece from falling or tilting during cutting or processing. Rated capacity 70 kg. The width and height of the roller must match the working surface of the machine to support the workpiece coaxially.
Is the height adjustable — how is it aligned with the machine table?
Adjust the telescopic legs until the roller is at the same height as the machine's working surface (lathe bed, saw table). Use a spirit level on the roller to check that it is level — a tilted stand will deflect the workpiece during cutting. Lock the telescopic legs before starting the process.
