Bernardo RLA 3700 Cyclone Extractor – 400 V
The Bernardo RLA 3700 cyclone extractor is a tool for the efficient extraction of chips, dust, and fine particles in workshops and woodworking departments. Equipped with a mobile cyclone system with a capacity of 3700 m³/h, it ensures optimal particle separation and a constant airflow thanks to the self-cleaning polyester cartridge filter (dust residue: 0.1 mg/m³). The 240-liter extendable container allows for quick emptying, while the integrated manometer allows for checking the minimum airflow. The steel impeller is resistant even to small pieces of wood, ensuring long life and safety. The RLA 3700 includes a remote control, adjustable timer, and a trolley with wheels for practical and mobile use, combining industrial performance and operational simplicity.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a cyclone extractor work and why does it reduce maintenance?
The cyclone separator intercepts chips and coarse sawdust before they reach the main filter of the extractor: air enters tangentially into a conical cylinder, the circular motion causes heavy particles to fall downwards into the tank, while clean air rises towards the extractor. Result: the extractor's filter clogs much more slowly – you empty the cyclone's tank instead of changing expensive filters.
What is the difference between FSG 1000, FSG 1100, and RLA series?
FSG 1000 and FSG 1100: compact cyclone separators for extractors with 1.5–2.5 kW motors – benchtop or wheeled format. RLA 1500–3700: industrial cyclone separators for large volumes of chips, with tanks from 150 to 370 liters – for centralized extraction systems in carpentry and metalworking workshops. The number indicates the tank capacity in liters.
Which Bernardo extractor is it compatible with?
FSG and RLA separators are compatible with the Bernardo DC, RV, FT, and ASA extractor range. Check the connection diameter (Ø 100, 120, or 150 mm) based on the extractor model in use. Contact Krollit for the correct configuration. Customer support in Italian available.
