The Bernardo DC 600 dust collector is designed for efficient dust and chip collection in workshops and woodworking shops. The DC 600 series — what machines is it suitable for and how does it connect?

The DC 600 connects to circular saws, planers, thicknessers, sanders via a 100 or 150 mm hose (depending on the model). Sized for industrial plants and large woodworking shops with 5+ machines. Connection requires a standard suction outlet (Ø 100–150 mm) on the power tool. For machines with a different diameter outlet, use reduction fittings.

The 570 L bag — how often should it be emptied?

The emptying frequency depends on the type of work and wood. For circular saws (coarse chips): every 2–4 hours. For thicknessers and sanders (fine dust): every 4–8 hours. Empty when the bag is 70–80% full — beyond this level, the flow rate decreases, and fine dust begins to pass into the filter, reducing its lifespan. A level indicator or differential pressure gauge on the filter (where present) is the most reliable way to know when to empty.
