Bernardo DC 230 E – Dust Collector 1000 m³/h with 100 L bag
The Bernardo DC 230 E dust collector is suitable for small workshops, hobbyists, and joineries that require a compact and efficient system. With an air flow of 1000 m³/h and a maximum vacuum pressure of 1020 Pa, it allows you to keep your workspace clean even with frequent use. It features a 100-liter chip bag and a filter bag with a filter surface of 0.85 m². Thanks to the 2.5-meter suction hose and the Ø 100 mm connection, it easily adapts to small and medium-sized machinery. The 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) motor with 230 V / 400 V power supply ensures reliability and low consumption. Lightweight (26 kg) and equipped with a transport device, it is easy to move and use anywhere.

The DC 230 series — which machines is it suitable for and how does it connect?
The DC 230 connects to circular saws, planers, sanders, and jointers via a 100 or 150 mm hose (depending on the model). Sized for hobby workshops and small joineries — 1–2 machines connected. Connection requires a standard extraction outlet (Ø 100–150 mm) on the power tool. For machines with a different diameter outlet, use reducer fittings.
The 100 L bag — how often should it be emptied?
The emptying frequency depends on the type of work and wood. For circular saws (large chips): every 2–4 hours. For sanders and jointers (fine dust): every 4–8 hours. Empty when the bag is 70–80% full — beyond this level, the airflow reduces, and fine dust starts to pass into the filter, reducing its lifespan. A level indicator or differential pressure gauge on the filter (where present) is the most reliable way to know when to empty.
