HSS Z150 blade for CS 225 — why 150 teeth on a 225 mm blade?
The Z150 Ø 225 mm blade for the CS 225 cold circular saw has a very fine tooth pitch — necessary for cold cutting (without coolant) of thin metal profiles and thin-walled tubes. A fine pitch keeps the cutting temperature low and produces clean, burr-free surfaces. For thick-walled profiles or solid tubes, the Z150 blade would require too much force — use Z60–Z80.
Is the 225 mm blade compatible only with CS 225 or also with other saws?
This blade is designed specifically for the Bernardo CS 225 cold circular saw (32 mm bore, 225 mm diameter). Always check the diameter and bore of your saw before purchasing — a blade of a different diameter will not fit safely. Customer support in Italian available.
